We are delighted to announce a significant collaboration with Dingdong, a leading e-commerce platform in China: a suite of our state-of-the-art automated equipment has officially settled into Dingdong’s new factory. This equipment portfolio includes core units such as the Automatic Steamed Bun Production Line, Automatic Bread Production Line, Automatic Croissant Production Line, and Automatic Cake Whipping Machine—a development that not only marks in-depth collaboration between the two parties in the field of food industrialization, but also drives a new breakthrough in food automation production, expanding from single-category to full-category coverage.

This partnership focuses on two flagship products that blend tradition and innovation, with each production stage supported by dedicated automated equipment for precise operations. The first is the ultra-soft dough series, which includes popular baked goods such as bread and croissants. Leveraging the dough proofing and baking temperature control technology of the Automatic Bread Production Line, combined with the precise shaping process of the Automatic Croissant Production Line, the products consistently achieve a cloud-like delicate texture and melt-in-your-mouth taste. For the production of cake-derived products, the Automatic Cake Whipping Machine enables standardized whipping of cream and batter, further ensuring the quality stability of the entire product series.

The second flagship product is the Shengzhou-style traditional old-leavened steamed bun—a beloved local delicacy with profound culinary cultural heritage. This product will undergo fully automated processing from dough preparation, quantitative division, to proofing and steaming via the Automatic Steamed Bun Production Line. While realizing industrial-scale production to bring this delicacy to more consumers’ tables, the line also accurately preserves the authentic flavor of traditional old-leavened fermentation, achieving "automation without compromising original taste."

Notably, the equipment matrix installed at the factory also reserves room for category expansion. For instance, it features interface designs compatible with the Automatic Mamoul/Mooncake Making Machine, laying the foundation for Dingdong to develop festival-specific foods and enrich its product portfolio in the future. At the core of the entire production system is our integrated operation solution built around "full-process automation": from the standardized production of Chinese-style pastries via the Automatic Steamed Bun Production Line, to the refined processing of baked goods through the Automatic Bread Production Line and Automatic Croissant Production Line, and the empowerment of key processes by the Automatic Cake Whipping Machine—all equipment units achieve data interconnection and process alignment. This not only comprehensively ensures food safety and consistent quality, but also boosts the overall production efficiency to an impressive daily output of 20 tons.
